Sessions are delivered via online platforms or phone, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Payments

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service.

Payments are accepted through the methods provided on Eveleexo.com.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the completed paid session.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to eveleexoxo@gmail.com

Refunds will not be granted after 24 hours have passed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to participate actively and respectfully in coaching sessions.

Results may vary based on your level of engagement and personal circumstances.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All shared personal information will be handled confidentially as outlined in our NDA and Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

Eve Lee Services are coaching-based and not a guarantee of dating success.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions or actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on Eveleexo.com and take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
